July Technical Skating Clinic | Shooting Clinic ‘26

2020-2014 (Players will be grouped according to level & ability)

Hour 1: The focus will be on the technical side of skating by training edge control, balance and mobility, while developing a longer and more efficient stride.
An emphasis will be placed on powerful crossovers, smooth turns, weight transfer in pivots and transitions, and more. As the program progresses, pucks will be incorporated to enhance these skills at high speed, providing individuals with capability to translate these skills to a game.

Hour 2: Our coaches will teach various shooting techniques and players will get many reps each skate. We will breakdown the mechanics of the snapshot, slapshot, backhands, shooting in motion and more.
