2013-2010 AAA-A (Players will be grouped accordingly on ice)

Backwards Defensive Technical Skating - Players will develop their backwards skating abilty. Become a better defender by increasing mobility, developing more efficient footwork and gaining confidence in defense-specific areas. 

Defensive Skill Development - These sessions will focus on a combination of details needed to become an elite defenseman. From puck retrievals and breakout passes to walking the blue line and finding shooting lanes, players will develop a sense of confidence with the puck. Our coaches will also share their firsthand knowledge on defensive aspects such as stick positioning and body positioning in various defending areas of the ice.
