Summer Camp Week 3: Preseason Conditioning - Battle/Contact & High Intensity

Times: Tues 12-1:30pm, Wed & Thurs 11:30-1pm, Fri 11am-12:30pm

2013-2010 AAA-A (Players will be grouped accordingly on ice)

Battle & High Intensity - Prepare for the upcoming season by improving your conditioning. Take part in many high-paced drills. Battle and compete with your peers. Emphasis will be it on both offensive and defensive body positioning. Our coaches will create a fun, competitive environment for the players.
