Summer Camp Week 2: Technical Skating Camp & High Intensity Camp

Dates: July 28th - Aug 1st
Time: 2-3pm | 3-4pm
Location: Campus Ice Centre
Cost: Hour 1 or 2 - $250. Camp Package (both hours) - $400

2018-2014 AAA-A (Players will be grouped accordingly on ice)

Hour 1 - Technical Skating - Skaters will focus on the technical side of skating by training edge control, balance and mobility, while developing a longer and more efficient stride.
An emphasis will be placed on powerful crossovers, smooth turns, weight transfer in pivots and transitions, and more. As the program progresses, pucks will be incorporated to enhance these skills at high speed, providing individuals with capability to translate these skills to a game. 

Hour 2 - High Intensity - Prepare for the upcoming season by improving your conditioning. Implement the technical skating taught in Hour 1 at full speed. Our coaches will create a fun, competitive environment for the players.
