Wednesday PM - Technical Skating

Dates: July 3rd - August 21st
Time: 5:30-6:30pm

Skaters will focus on the technical side of skating by training edge control, balance and mobility while developing a longer and more efficient stride. In addition players will learn to produce more powerful crossovers, smoother turns, better weight transfer in pivots and transitions, and more.

As the program progresses, pucks will be incorporated with the use of these skills at high speed.
