Skaters will focus on the technical side of skating by training edge control, balance and mobility, while developing a longer and more efficient stride.
An emphasis will be placed on powerful crossovers, smooth turns, weight transfer in pivots and transitions, and more. As the program progresses, pucks will be incorporated to enhance these skills at high speed, providing individuals with capability to translate these skills to a game.

As the game of hockey progresses, so does the speed of the players and their movements. This class is designed to give players the fundamentals to reach their full potential in these particular areas.
