2017-2010 AAA-A (Players will be grouped according to level & ability)

Hour 1: The focus will be on backwards technical skating. Players will develop better edge control and mobility, while developing more efficient footwork and gaining confidence in defense-specific areas.

Hour 2: The focus will be on a combination of details needed to become an elite defenseman. From puck retrievals and breakout passes to walking the blue line and finding shooting lanes, players will develop a sense of confidence with the puck. Our coaches will also share their firsthand knowledge on defensive aspects such as stick positioning and body positioning in various defending areas of the ice.
